Why did I choose this specialism?

One of the key moments that sparked my passion for data analytics was a video featuring a day in the life of a data scientist. She discusses how she creates value within her organisation through ML models, business insights, and managing projects.

My takeaway:

She is productive and loves what she does. Watching this made me realise the potential of what data analytics could offer and what I could achieve from it. I have strived for a day such as this one ever since. Combined with knowledge from my degree and the part-time work I have accumulated in two languages, I have what it takes to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Similar to the data analytics specialisation, there was always something new to learn and I am glad to have developed my technical abilities alongside this module.
